When making a reservation, it is necessary to pay 30% of the total amount. The rest of the amount is paid upon registration at check-in.
For stays shorter than the specified minimum stay, the amount is increased by 30%.
Final cleaning, tourist tax, bed linen and towels are included in the price.
In case of cancellation of the reservation within 30 days before arrival, the reservation will not be refunded.
Please keep the apartment clean and tidy during your stay.
The guest is responsible for any damage caused during the stay, and the owner has the right to charge him for the damage.
Please be considerate of your neighbors and do not make noise at bedtime (22:00-08:00).
